A service offering launched in 2020 that helped retail companies and cultural institutions develop, implement and continually audit customer safety standards in response to COVID-19. Led creative strategy, holding brand ideation sessions for program naming and trademark, and created scope for marketing assets. Worked with business, technical and marketing teams in multiple countries to rapidly implement the launch. Created initial brand design and guidance, then oversaw creative team creating subsequent materials.
